Once the documents have been received you will receive instructions on how to proceed with different payments during your reservation.
To reserve the apartment, you must pay the minimum amount corresponding to a monthly fee plus 5% of the total amount to the rental contract.
• Deposit: equivalent to 2 months of renting ( consult for stays of less than 3 months)
• Agency fee: non-refundable. The agency commission corresponds to 5% of the total amount of the contract and must be paid when confirming the reservation plus the month of renting.
The utilities will be included in the total amount of the reservation, but up to a monthly amount between 90 € and 250 € per month depending on the square meters of the apartment. If the amount stipulated in the contract is exceeded, it will be deducted from the deposit.
What to visit in Barcelona
Once we have received the payment and the documents required, your reservation will be confirmed and you will have to sign a contract with the rental conditions which will include the duration of the stay, the established costs and the terms and conditions of the use of the apartment. The signature of the contract will be made on the day of the delivery of the keys if all the documents and payments have been delivered.
